INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE

AlexFin Oy is focused on direct sales from the factory to resellers and other customers, but we also offer installation or maintenance services. In addition, if necessary, we carry out alterations or repairs to the old fence. Installation work carried out by our company has a two-year warranty (does not apply to external damage, eg storm damage). Automation products have a 24-month factory warranty and locks (Locinox) have a one-year factory warranty. We carry out installation and maintenance operations in Uusimaa or Central Uusimaa. If installation is required over a distance of more than 200km, we will carry it out through our partner companies, and the installation price will be determined by their terms. The installation is cost-effective and time-flexible according to the customer’s needs.

We want to be sure that our customers get the best possible quality for their solutions. That is why we offer a two-year warranty on primed products, a two-year warranty on galvanized products and a five-year warranty on galvanized powder-coated products.

In addition to fence installation, we also carry out the installation of our own hot-dip galvanized construction products, if necessary!

Our fence installation is included

• Installation of posts and excavation of pits.

• Casting of columns into earth pits.

• Rock drilling for fasteners.

• Installing wires, network, and port.

• Mechanical installation and electrical connection of gate machines.

If necessary, we will make a separate offer for the power supply and control cables. If necessary, we also make a separate offer for beam casting, reinforcement and frost insulation of gates. We always state the costs before drawing up the installation contract and any future costs. It all depends on the installation site and the customer agreement. AlexFin Oy is not responsible for plantings or other vegetation that may have been damaged during the installation phase. The installation area is about a meter on each side of the installation line. The installation does not include the dismantling of the old fence but must always be agreed separately. Demolition work does not include electrical work, but is always charged separately.

Obligations of the subscriber

• Obtaining a building permit.

• Clear marking of the fence line.

• Clear indication of interest points, if applicable.

• Clear leveling, clearing and filling work on the fence line.

• Routing power and control cables.

• Installation of underpass from casting to casting.

• Asphalting the gate environment for the installation of safety loops.

• Marking of electrical and telephone cables.

• Retrofitting of asphalt, lawn, etc. and removal of excavation waste.

• Reception and storage of fencing equipment.

We may also agree, assist or implement as a separate offer the previous obligations for an additional project if the client so wishes.
